Today’s entry is at Sanjang, the cafe located on First and Virgil, which is on the cusp of K-town and Historic Filipinotown.  I should tell you, trying to write a blog in English while jamming to Korean pop is confusing me.  Not that it matters…

Some good news: one of the cast members of Projekt Newspeak’s sketchcomedyshow.com, the talented Ms. Leslie-Anne Huff, was recently featured in a photo shoot for PAL Campaign’s new third line of shirts.  Congrats to Leslie-Anne and PAL Campaign for a successful photo shoot!

PAL Campaign

For those who may not know, PAL Campaign is a t-shirt company that is good friends of Projekt Newspeak and were recently featured during our last sketch comedy show in December.  With shirts encompassing the ideals of peace and love, PAL Campaign is looking to make a change in the world.  Much love and respect to PAL!

Given that it’s a Friday night and that it’s after a week of hard work and stress, I feel like A Tribe Called Quest’s “Can I Kick It?” is a good song to start the weekend.  So with that, I hope to kick it, like taekwondo, with you.

“Wipe your feet really good on the rhythm rug
If you feel the urge to freak, do the jitterbug
Come and spread your arms if you really need a hug”

Until next time, kids, this is Toodles, bidding you toodles.
